A community-oriented hall with a seating capacity of up to 100 people. The hall is equipped with tables and chairs and a full kitchen. Other facilities available upon request include a large screen, a projector and DVD/Blu-ray player with surround sound. The hall is available for rent from 8:00 am to midnight for activities such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, hobby groups, meetings and dinners.
Conditions for rentals include:
- A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure a date.
- Alcohol is permitted at events but a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) must be obtained from AGCO and displayed during the event.
- A minimum of 2 hours is required between bookings.
- Third-Party liability insurance for $2 million (provide a certificate or purchased through HUB International)
