For the Season of Epiphany until Ash Wednesday

For the Season of Epiphany, we will move to a modified offer of Morning Prayer liturgy. We will be engaging a series of reflections based on some less-known Bible stories from a book called “Forgotten Bible Stories.”

For the following weeks, a “Worship Resource” will provide the scheduled Lectionary Readings and prayers for the week and you could download that to use for the Sunday live worship via Zoom. We will be worshiping together every Sunday morning via Zoom with Morning Prayer at 10:30 a.m. This has been modified from our original proposal as our communities indeed are yearning for the interactive style of a live broadcast each Sunday.

A recording of the “Forgotten Bible Stories” will be made available each week in case you cannot make it for 10:30 a.m. All of this can be accessed below, listed in chronological order. A selected hymn will be listed in the resource to encourage you to continue singing in your homes, in preparation for when we get together again for in-person worship services.

A social gathering will be offered after the worship in breakout rooms where interested parishioners can join for conversations like the usual coffee hour.
